Welcome to the Lane County Engineering Plan Center web site. The following information is provided for projects that have been awarded and are under construction or have been constructed in the past.

Lane County Public Works - Engineering & Construction Services now uses BidExpress® electronic bidding service for Construction Projects and Requests for Proposals. There is no cost to use the BidExpress® website for Lane County projects. From this home page you can:

Find standard contract documents.
Find instructions on how to submit a bid.
Find frequently asked questions.
View upcoming and open solicitations.
Sign up to be notified when new projects are posted.

You can select specific solicitations to:

Find and download all bid documents for specific projects.
Sign up to be a plan holder and view the current plan holders list.
Sign up for notifications of updates, addenda, or other changes specific to that project.
Ask project specific questions and view questions and answers from others.
Submit a bid through BidExpress® including electronic bid security.
Obtain documents to submit a sealed bid in person.
View preliminary bid results, notice of intent to award, subcontractor disclosures, and bid tabulations.

After a construction project has been awarded, all final contract documents will be added to Plan Center for reference. Please submit any questions or comments to ecs-construction@lanecountyor.gov. or call (541) 682-6995.
