Can an AIC make calls from the jail? Can I set up an account for calls?

To create and fund a Prepaid phone account:
  • Call 727-349-1561
  • Go to SmartInmate.com
  • Use the Kiosk located in the Jail Lobby
You have two account options when funding an account:

  • PIN Debit - family and friends can deposit funds directly into PIN Debit accounts. These account funds are owned by the AIC and can be used to pay for calls they place to any facility-approved phone number.

Can you pass a message to an Adult in Custody? Can I write to an Adult in Custody?

It is against our policy to pass messages to AIC's. All correspondence must go through the U.S. mail. For information on the guidelines concerning inmate mail, please see AIC Mail Rules and Regulations.
