Foster Provider Test
The Basic Exam is a test that must be passed prior to providing any care in an Adult Foster Home. There are seven sections to the test and generally takes an hour to complete. The test is offered Monday through Friday from 9:00am and 4:00pm.

The training material can be located at the links below. Please be sure to bring page 4 of the training manual with you the first time you test. This page is a check off sheet that confirms you have completed the required training and the test can not be given without it.

Annual Training
Per OAR 411-360-0120, providers, resident managers and substitute caregivers of an Adult Foster Home must complete twelve hours of training annually. The trainings listed below can be counted towards that annual training requirement.
