- 75% of the children exiting to public school did not require special education intervention
- 100% elderly INDs receiving in-home services were enabled to remain independent in their own home
- 95% of the teen HHs will not experience a subsequent pregnancy
- 90% of ex-offenders will exit transitional housing without having committed a new crime or having been reincarcerated
- 71.5% of the ongoing caseload will have length of stay in program over six months
> CUSTOMER SERVICE
- 80% of behavioral health INDs will return for additional services

- 20% of youth and families calling will receive increased level of service.
> ENERGY SERVICES
- 16% decrease in the number of noncompliant payment occurrences during and after the year after program completion
