In general, the Scope of Work includes the selected respondent will draft clear and objective zoning and land development regulations for Lane Code sections to comply with ORS 197A.400 by House Bill 3197. Lane Code sections to be updated include, but are not limited to: Lane Code 16.090, 16.237-16.243, 16.253, and 16.254. Amendments to Lane Code 16.253 Riparian Regulations will be prioritized early in the project. The respondent may be called upon to provide feedback or a finalized scope for necessary code updates.
