Community Engagement Services for the Lane Events Center

In general, the Scope of Work includes surveying and engaging residents and stakeholders to provide input for future Master Plan development for the site; to form and facilitate a workgroup to develop a vision for the site including design concepts; to present concepts to the public, the Fair Board, and the Lane County Board of Commissioners for feedback and further refinement; to prepare a final report with recommendations for the future Master Planning effort.
