This Document Container contains copies and links to  Applications Forms, Forms, Handouts and Covenants created by County staff to simplify the application process, and to make land use regulations easier to understand. The handouts found below contain answers to common questions regarding development in rural Lane County. 

Use of  Lane County land use application forms is required; however, you may submit additional supplemental documents. If you cannot find the specific form for your type of application, please use the General Land Use Application form (found below under Miscellaneous). 

You must follow the Application Standards Handout when preparing an Application Packet.
