We Want to Hear from You!
Lane County Emergency Management invites residents to share the actions they are taking to reduce wildfire risk to their residences. As part of updating the county’s Community Wildfire Protection Plan (CWPP), the project team developed this brief survey to share with Lane residents. This survey builds upon a previously released survey in Fall 2025 that asked Lane residents about how wildfire and smoke impacts them.
We encourage residents to complete the survey to help Lane County better understand what people are doing to reduce wildfire risk to their homes, what barriers they may face from taking action, and what actions or policies residents wish to see county or city government to take in the effort to reduce wildfire risk to communities.
Lane County will collect this information and analyze it to inform action items in the plan about how to support residents and community efforts and how best to address barriers. The Wildfire Risk Reduction Survey will be open through January 30, 2026. The survey is available in both English and Spanish. Use the links below to access either version directly from this page.
