UNSTAFFING/CLOSURE NOTICE

The law library will be

UNSTAFFED: FRI 12/26/2025.

CLOSED: THURS. 12/25/2025 & THURS. 01/01/2026.

The law library is open Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm, open even when unstaffed.

Due to unforeseen circumstances and staffing reductions the library may not be staffed during open hours. If you have visited when staff are unavailable, please feel free to leave us a note, email us or leave a voice mail. We will follow up at our earliest opportunity.

Lane County Law Library

Welcome to the Lane County Law Library! Our goal is to provide access to legal research and legal information to the community of Lane County.

We work with attorneys, pro se litigants, law students, and any Lane County community member that would like a space for legal research and/or are looking for legal resources.

Typical library services include:

Legal reference and research assistance.
Local referrals and resources.
Circulation of materials to attorneys.
Comprehensive print collection with particular emphasis on Oregon law, and specialized legal databases.

Our website also has information on online legal research, forms information, a "for lawyers" page, and more!
