Mission
The mission of Lane County's Building Safety Program is to protect the public health and welfare wherever hazards associated with the design, erection, repair, removal, demolition or occupancy of structures have the potential to exist within the county's jurisdiction. The Building Safety Program endeavors to fulfill this mission through the efficient, professional, and equitable administration of nationally recognized code standards and local regulations.
