3. River Road Water Control – Directors, Positions 1-5
4. South Lane School District – Director, Position 7

Thursday, June 19^th, 2025, the Clerk’s Office is closed in observance of Juneteenth. Because of the limited number of boards, we may continue the recount into Friday, June 20, 2025, if we have not concluded the recount by end of day on Wednesday.

Important Dates:

• New Voter Registration Deadline - The deadline to register to vote is April 29^th, 2025 to receive a ballot for the May 20^th Special District Election.

• Current Voter Deadline to Update - You may update your voter registration until 8 p.m. Election Day, May 20^th, 2025, and receive a ballot.
• Ballots are mailed to:

• Military and overseas voters on April 5^th, 2025; and
• Local and out-of-state voters on May 1^st, 2025.

• Ballot Drop boxes open on May 1^st, 2025.
• The last day our office will mail ballots to voters is Thursday, May 15^th, 2025. After this date, ballots must be picked up in person at Lane County Elections.
• Election Day is Tuesday, May 20^th, 2025.

• County Voter’s Pamphlet mailed on April 23^rd, 2025.
