What does the Family Law division do?

The District Attorney serves thousands of children each year through the Family Law Division. The Family Law Division provides assistance with establishing paternity, and establishing, modifying and enforcing child support obligations. The Family Law Division does not provide services related to child custody or enforcement of parenting time.
