September 2026: Fee Increase

On July 14, 2026, the Board of County Commissioners passed Order No: 26-07-14-17 In the Matter of Amending the Land Management Division’s Fee Schedule to Adjust Land Use Planning, On-Site Sanitation, and Code Enforcement Program Fees and Ordinance No: 26-04 In the Matter of Amending Land Management Division’s Building Program Fee Schedule, approving fee increases that will take effect on September 1, 2026.

The updated fee schedules are now posted. They can also be found on the Lane County Board of County Commissioners Orders, Ordinances, and Minutes site.

The building fee calculator tool is still being worked on, the one currently accessible still has the old 2025 fees on it.

Please note some of the fee schedules list the base fee cost of the permit. Surcharges and fees will be added to the base fee when applicable.
