Community Health Centers of Lane County have made the decision to consolidate patient care from Brookside Clinic to our Charnelton Community Clinic and West 11th Clinic locations. This decision ensures that we maintain high quality care while operating more efficiently. The last day of service at Brookside Clinic will be November 7, 2025.
