STEP is an Employment and Training program for individuals receiving SNAP benefits.  Work one-on-one with an Employment & Housing Specialist to develop a plan tailored to your interests, skills, and abilities that can lead to a career path where you will thrive.

To be eligible for the Lane County STEP program, individuals will:

• Be receiving SNAP and not TANF;
• Need assistance with their job search or training program;  AND
• Be literally homeless or at imminent risk of losing housing.
