JOBS Plus
Created by Oregon, the JOBS Plus Program offers Lane County businesses an opportunity to receiving a wage reimbursements up to $14,813 for training new workers.  Minimal paperwork, easy monthly wage reimbursement, great employees!

On-The-Job Training
The purpose of an On-The-Job Training program, is to assist businesses in training and retraining skilled, productive workers.  On-The-Job Training may be used to help offset the costs of training new employees who meet Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) eligibility guidelines.
