Coronavirus (COVID-19)

Getting a dose of the updated (bivalent) COVID vaccine is an important way to protect yourself and our community. 

Due to changes in Federal funding, Lane County Public Health will be discontinuing free community COVID vaccination and testing clinics, mid-May 2023.   

COVID vaccination appointments will still be available at Lane County Public Health Communicable Disease
located on the 3rd floor of the Lane County Health and Human Services building, 151 W 7th Ave., Eugene, OR.  Appointments can be made by calling 541-682-4041

Starting Monday, April 17, 2023, the COVID Call Center will be accepting calls 11:30am – 2:00pm, Monday – Friday.

As of May 11, 2023, My Electronic Vaccine Card (MEVC) can no longer be updated with new COVID-19 vaccine doses. The MEVC QR code that leads to your COVID-19 vaccination record will continue to work indefinitely. Other ways to prove your COVID-19 vaccination status include your white card (or photo of) with recorded doses, an electronic or paper record from your health care provider, or your vaccine record from the ALERT IIS (instructions below).

If you have issues, OHA’s Immunization Program registry staff can help. You can reach them at 800-980-9431, Monday – Friday from 9am to 4pm.
